Discount Club Flyer Printing through SalsaBoston
 

This is a no-frills printing service we have arranged with a printer we use regularly.   Our intention is to pass along low printing costs to you with very little mark-up, provided that you know what you are doing.

NEED POSTERS? Visit our friends at DDesign!  617-625-5775 Ddesign can generally make full color posters from your flyer design.  Prices for printing are generally around $1.50 give or take for small quantities. Be sure to mention SalsaBoston when ordering.

Flyer Rules (no exceptions, please read carefully):

1. $180 must be paid in advance.  You can mail a check or pay instantly via credit card at the SalsaBoston store for $5 extra.
2. 5000 flyers, 5.5"x4.25", 4 colors both sides, UV Coated, no proof
3. Files must be submitted via email, 300dpi resolution, CMYK jpeg.  If you are not sure what this means, we recommend that you not use this service and instead go through a full service flyer designer.
4. Files must have 1/4" bleed (spacing) on edges for cutting.
5. Shipping to Boston area only, UPS Ground (approx. 3 days including printing time).
   DeltaDash same day airport-to-airport delivery to Logan available for $40 extra, you must pick up.
6. Though we make every effort to get your job printed immediately, shipping and arrival date are not guaranteed.  Printing normally takes 1-2 full business days before shipping.  The printer is a large reliable company but the off chance of equipment breakage can always cause delays no matter how reliable the company.
7. Once submitted, we will print the job. No retractions are permitted.
8. Any problems with files you submit, if they do not meet the above specifications, will incur a $25 service charge to cover the time required to correct.  This is defined as us reviewing your files and determining that they need to be adjusted, or the printer contacting us after we have submitted your job and saying, "We can't print this", or if you fail to provide all of the required information when submitting your job, or if you request ANY changes after submitting regardless of whether we can accommodate them.  Please make sure you have it right before submitting.

1. Go to the store and pay.  Same price per each 5000 flyers.
2. Use this Email link to send the artwork along with:
   - name
   - company name
   - shipping address (Logan Airport if same day)
   - telephone
   - preferred email address
   - name of job ("salsaboston--<fill in>")
3. CALL 617-513-9841 to notify us of your pending job, so we can process it asap.
