The Purpose of this Session is to help you improve your salsa dancing skills significantly in a small, fun, and intensive setting. You will be sure to get more individual attention, and a curriculum that’s based primarily on your needs. This will be a great experience!!

-2 hours per week
-4 weeks of intensive training on the following areas of dancing
- Partnering Technique: Proper hands hold techniques, space control, partner connection, timing, and turn patterns.
- Spinning Techniq ue: proper feet position, body control, spotting technique, drills, and timing -
- Footwork & Ladies Styling.
- Body Movement, Musicality and Fun

North Shore Civic Ballet Hosts 9th Annual Latin Dance Evening

The North Shore Civic Ballet announces its 9th annual "Fiesta de Baile" to be held Saturday March 22nd from 9:00 PM -1:00 AM at the Nahant Country Club in Nahant. DJ Antonio Ortiz will provide the Latin music. A complimentary Salsa class will be held from 9-10 PM for beginners as well as dancers of all abilities. Those not into dancing can watch and enjoy complimentary hors d'oeures and a cash bar. Tickets are $30 if purchased before March 15th and $40 after that date.

Once again the event will feature a silent auction as well as, for the first time this year, an online auction. This will give anyone the chance to bid on some fabulous items such as weekend getaways,concert tickets, jewelry, and much more.
