Ericsson 3 Goes Salsa! The Volvo Ocean Race is in town, and we had the pleasure of meeting some of the Scandanvian crew of "Ericsson 3", who just happen to LOVE Salsa dancing. While they were pretty new at it, we had a great little impromptu Salsa party in their pavilion on fan pier! We're expecting them to join us tonight at Club Caribe, so come on out and help us show them a good time, Boston style.
Additionally, tonight we welcome from Paris "Dady and Lali" performing, as a precursor to this Saturday's Lena Salsa Social. So join us tonight (don't forget the 2-for-1 discount) and Saturday.

Welcome to Club Caribé, Boston's newest upscale Salsa/Latin hotspot! Resident DJ's Hernan and D. Martinez are in the house spinning the best of Salsa, plus frequent special night and promotions. The party is hopping! If you hadn't heard already, something like 400-450 people made it to the opening, and we've been going strong ever since.

News from Havana Club:
Spring has sprung, and we're looking forward to yet another fun-filled evening of salsa dancing this Friday night in Central Square! Please note that the party will begin with salsa lessons at 9pm. The rueda lessons will return fairly soon- once the party runs 'til 2am. And by starting our evening at 9, nobody has to rush to the party after work!
And this Havana Saturday in Boston we are pleased to present DJ Sonerito (aka Salsa y Control Dance Co's Andres Giraldo). Not only is Andres a world-class salsero (and a gentleman), but he and his brother also have one of the finest collections of salsa and latin music. Come on by for an amazing evening of dancing at one of Boston's most beautiful venues. The bands (like the rueda lessons on Fridays) will return soon though! May 9th, Rumba Na Ma. May 16th, Grupo Fantasia. If you like Havana Saturdays in Boston, and want to see it continue, come on out and show your support!

I-Flava (aka International Flavor) is the party that MIT Casino Rueda throws every two years in the spring.
We strive to celebrate and create cultural awareness through music, dance, food, and good company.
