SalsaBoston Recognized by El Planeta's "PowerMeter 100"
|
I'm pleased to announce that on behalf of the SalsaBoston team, I've been selected as one of the 100 most influential people in the Massachusetts Latino community. Who'd have thought, that from a German/MIT gring o...! I'm flattered. Anyway, thanks to all who wrote in, including a shout out to Rico's List. There is a cocktail party tonight at Vinalia at 6pm honoring the 100 selectees (which include the Governor and a number of others from withing our larger Salsa community, including Jose Masso and Alex Alvear). Of course, we'll continue the party at Club Caribe tonight as usual!

Urgent Note: Caribe Parking:
Due to a change in their policy beyond our control, Trader Joe no longer will permit people to park in their lot for Club Caribe. We are arranging additional overflow parking at another nearby lot, and also the hotel tells me they are quiet at present so the hotel's garage should hold most everyone. Please be aware of this change and let everyone know so they don't get towed.
