I think it does. Dancing On2 the spins look nicer, turn patterns are nicer, the footwork is fancier and most important your dancing with control and to the clave of the music instead of against it. The people that dance On1 are all over the dance floor with no control of space and are dancing to the melody of the music instead of the percussion/beat.
