There is a cobbler on Prospect and Bishop Richard Allen Dr (one block North of Mass Ave)....resoling will run you about $40 or so, maybe a little less. However, it depends on how soaked your shoes got -- test them on the floor to see how much you stick, and also, try brushing them with a wire brush to rough them up a bit. Generally this makes them have more friction, but if the suede is all stuck together from being wet this can help some.
Lastly, you can also resuede them youself, which I have done before. Just buy some suede at the cobbler (about $10) and some glue ($8) and go at it with an exacto knife and let them sit for a day and you'll be all set. It's really not difficult, and if you screw up, you can always take them back to the cobbler - everything can be undone and redone!
