Sounds like Ron is the only one here needing therapy. I went to both Congresses and had fun at both but Olaf is right on the money. The April Congress was almost all people from NY and I didn't like the format (didn't start social dancing until after 1PM if I remember correctly). I'd love to have both and would financially support both but they are very different. The Melendez Congress is simply not a Boston Congress (other than physical location) and I personally want a Boston Congress. Yes I prefer and I'm more comfortable dancing On1 and many NYers (probably like our friend Ron) are "too good" to dance On1 so it would be nice to have a Congress without this issue.
