Havana Club saying that they are not hosting a party on saturday seems right, in case people think that they are in charge.

Also, wouldn't you feel a little resentful if the party you've spent a couple of years to get going and spent countless on promotion was taken without any announcement whatsoever. And then had your own Friday night peppered with guerilla marketing ads about the party that's no longer yours? Pretty darn sleazy. The emails seem so minor in the whole span of things.

Note: I am not in any way connected to any of these people except that sometimes I go to Havana Club. I still want to keep my name of this list tho', since generally I prefer to stay away from all the politics.
