La Rumba in El Viejo San Juan is a hot place for watching bomba! The guys don't hold back!! Just call to see what day they have it. El Copacabana in San Juan is a good starting point for dancing salsa. Once there definately ask the DJ where to go. He will tell you. The Fredastair Studio in Santurce has free bomba lessons on Wednesday nights which I highly recommend. It will help you with your salsa alot! As for the previous ladies reply, I disagree with her. I am from there, I grew up there, go there every year. There are a million places to dance, I don't ever go without it. Just ask the DJ he will point you in the right direction for what is happening at that moment. For beaches, go to Cabo Rojo, o Rincon. Don't go to Luquillo Beach!! El Condado sucks for beaches! Go to Las Pargueras (south) to travel the river! Definately try Marisol's its a gourmet restaurant--it was on The Best Chef's show the other day. She is awesome chef. Want a real treat of riding through the mountain travel to Aibonito. Well they you have it. Let me know how it went. Good Luck!!
