If you already consider yourself a "technical" (not street) salsa dancer, or are looking for an amazing place to start, Noche Latina Tuesday nights at Ryles are for you! The floor is always clean and comfortable, the classes are challenging but the instructors always make sure everyone is following and is able to pick up the new moves. All instructors are friendly and welcome questions both during and after the class, during the party (as long as you can get their attention when they're not dancing). There is always a large number of very good dancers present and they tend to be a friendly bunch so if you see a move and want to learn it, you can always ask and they have no problem showing. The instructors offer private lessons as well (www.nldcsalsa.com). There is also usually a good number of beginners and street dancers in the early hours of the party, right after the classes.
