With the Latin Dance craze sweeping the world, in our classes, learn a taste of several styles from dancers with years of experience. Each of these styles is fun and energetic, with a spicy twist that makes each class more exciting than the last.

La Reuda De Casino
This unique twist on Salsa originated in Cuba as a game. In the game, partners are passed around the circle as steps, turns, and jokes are announced spontaneously by "the caller." This style is spreading quickly around the world as the newest strain of the Latin Dance craze. 

Workshop Calendar (as of May 29)

Dear Latin Dancers,

In our promise to hold "exciting new dance events", JAM’NASTICS will be having nine workshops in the month of June.  In our efforts to bring classes that would be of interest to you, we held an informal poll and below are the following results:

Latin Styling and Body Movements - All three workshops will include an isolation warm-up, drills, and quick stretches.  Specific areas that will be covered in the three workshops are listed below.

The JAM'NASTICS' office is located on 199 Columbia Street, Intersection of Broadway and Columbia Street.

Salsa and Cha Cha Cha (Beginner + Intermediate/Advanced Dancers) - All workshops will include a free style warm-up and partnering in both Cha Cha Cha and Salsa.  Specific areas that will be covered in the three workshops are listed below.

Note: The Cha Cha Cha class is one of our new additions that has been met with great reviews.  It is not only an exciting dance but it is a slow replica of the Salsa dance and for those of you who are beginners this workshop would be a great way to get the Salsa dance moves that are difficult for you.  I have taken the Cha Cha Cha class and I highly recommend it!  Joanne Peters

Rueda de Casino (Beginner + Intermediate/Advanced Dancers) - Each week will include an introductory workshop starting from the absolute basics and an intermediate/advanced workshop with both new moves from Cuba and a review from past weeks.  Specific areas that will be covered in the three workshops are listed below.

The prices for the workshops are as follows:

One Class:                $15.00   Three Classes:                 $40.00
Six Classes:              $75.00   Nine Classes: $95.00
