Well, that's a good point, but having been in very serious relationships, I did find that I still wanted to dance. There is nothing I find that requires "involved" people to not dance with others. In fact, that was a big part of why I stayed with Salsa--people were there *to dance* first and foremost.
You can of course refuse for that reason, but I would say that doesn't necessarily make a healthy relationship. To me a relationship is about trust, and that extends to my significant other dancing with others. In other words, I trust that my SO is dancing for the purpose of enjoyment, not to pick up someone else. You have to be good with that concept though. Not everyone's cup of tea.
