I was there and I agree, the situation was really terrible. I would like to make one minor correction, though. the robbery took place at a restaurant called Atlantic 101 (not El Bembe - don't want to give them a bad rep). And the management at Atlantic 101 was less than helpful. They never offered to call the police, to help search around the neighborhood, or to help replace any of the items lost. From their reaction, you might have thought someone lost a scarf. Also the 4 parking valet's and the security guard in the next building saw nothing.

In the meantime, I hope everyone comes to All Asia and supports Esencia Latina on Sunday night. Let's let Esencia Latina know that Boston is not defined by some worthless asshole who has to steal from others, but by a community of wonderful, salsa-loving people.
