Why is it that on New Years promoters charge 4-6 times what a salsa party regularly costs? It is the same venues, the same music, the same people, no special performers... is the champagne and appetizers they provide THAT expensive? What do other salseros think? Do you also see these prices as ridiculous? btw my intention is not to criticize this website's party I just truly want to know what others think... am I being stingy?
